Children
Ministries at Cottonwood Community Church |
The
Cottonwood Nursery
(For ages 0-2)
The nursery of Cottonwood Community Church exists to provide loving,
devoted care to the babies and infants of parents who attend. Our
caregivers regard the children as your and God’s ‘little
lambs’ and render their care in a warm, safe environment so
you may enjoy rest and peace as you participate in the worship service.
The following verse from the Bible emphasizes the blessing of children.
Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the
womb is a reward. Psalm 127:3

Arrows
(Sunday School for ages 3-5)
Awesome
Arrows is a ministry of Cottonwood Community Church serving parents
by teaching their young children the simple truths and timeless
stories of the Bible. Your children will receive loving instruction
tailored to their age and comprehension level from devoted teachers
who truly enjoy interacting with this age group. Crafts and handouts
– which the children love to present to their parents! - are
used to help convey the lesson/story. You child will even learn
and memorize Bible verses – which provide the best foundation
for a successful, fulfilled life. Our theme verse from the Bible
is:
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them;
for
of such is the kingdom of God.”
Mark 10:14
King’s
Kids

(Sunday School for grades 1-5)
Many children complain that church and Sunday School are boring.
You will not hear that when your children visit King’s Kids!
They will bring you back to church! Our enthusiastic teachers and
teen helpers will draw your children into the action and they will
soon be active participants in learning the truths, lessons, and
stories from the Bible along with inspiring songs. Your children
will also memorize numerous verses from the Bible to help build
a good foundation for life! This unique program has reached and
touched the hearts of hundreds of children and helped launch them
into a lifetime of following Jesus Christ! The theme and programs
of King’s Kids change from year to year to offer the children
variety, but the purpose and goals remain the same.
